I would like to know how posting a complaint in a forum makes a mountain out of anything. Really, be honest.

Please elaborate on how much time you think an admin would need to spend on this. Admittedly, it's thoughtful of you to protect them from the burden of a single phone call when their time is better spent shooting down frivilous lawsuits. Are you an MBA?

I'll ask another low-income handicapped person with no health insurance who votes on the far right, why he's so adamant about upholding copyright law and cutting the corporate tax.
