What are my chances???

I am new to this forum and this is my first post. I have been reading other posts and I feel like I am really learning from everyone else's experience. I want to give my stats first off:
Udergrad Overall GPA: Udergrad Science GPA:
2.99 3.2
Major - Biology Minor - Chemistry
Graduate GPA so far:
4.0 (I have completed 3 months of a 12 month program)
Master's of Science specializing in Science Education
MCAT Score:
19L
Experience:
High School - 2 summers as a volunteer
College - Worked 30 hours a week in an emergency room
I am 21 years old and I know now that medicine is for me. After I graduated I started an MS program in Marine Biology then switched to science education. I want to get into medical school as soon as I can. Should I finish the master's or just apply right now? Any advice would be appreciated.

You're soooo young (and remind me of me, I was 21 when I started medical school). Finish it, then apply! The more letters after your name, the better. Then I think you have an ok chance, even tho your undergrad GPA and MCAT are a bit low, total GPA with your graduate 4.0 factored in should be a bit better.

PS don't start a thread titled "What are my chances," it makes some of the more anal members mad...LOL..merely add to the other 1000s of what are my chances threads..

Thanks for the advice. I finish my master's in October and I was going to apply for September 09. I just do not know which school to I want to go to. I think SGU, Ross, IAU, AUA, maybe Saba. I have been reading so much about each school they are starting to blend in my mind. I just want to go to a good school that would give me a good opportunity to be the best doctor. I have heard good and bad about all the places. Oh, and thanks for the advice about the title of my post. I will try and use less "desperate" title next time.

Although your stats are low, I would still say you have a solid chance if you apply early. Again, just make sure you get everything in as fast as possible. Good luck!

Thanks guys. Which schools do you go to? Like I said previously, I am having a hard time deciding. I know I need to make the decision on my own but I am trying to get as much info about every school as I can. It seems like the more I keep researching the more each school sounds like the others.

I think SGU, Ross and AUC (although I'm not sure) are the only schools from which you can graduate and practice in all 50 states...so if you want to practice in Cali, TX, NY and I forget the other strict states...this might affect your decision.

My stats were close to yours, albeit a couple of points higher here and there, and I got in and have been doing just fine

NY isn't as strict as Cali and TX and other schools, like Saba and AUA both have NY.
