You can apply and fillout your MPN - On Sallie-Mae there is a drop-down menu to select school - Make sure you select Ross University School of Medicine. I belive, but I may be wrong, location you have to put is Edison, NJ and not Dominica.
If you are running out of time, than don't wait for Award Letter - sallie-Mae knows how much loan is approved for you by Ross.
I don't know whether they are still sending Award Letter by Mail or not for new student. For current student they are sending it to their Ross online account.
