oh cavalletti.....I was wondering when you were going to return to this forum....

Although...I think you've made your feelings toward Ross quite clear and maybe you should lay off now....everyone gets your point.

Accepted to Ross for May 08. Interviewed in early October in Irvine, CA. Accepted early November. Still haven't received the welcome packet yet, but they say it should arrive later this week or next.

I think I'll like the island better than Philadelphia (no offense to anyone in Philly, I'm from San Diego).

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Ok so I don't know if you are bieng serious or not, but if this is your way of patronizing others who plan on matriculating in May....not cool at all!!! The way I see it is "to each its own!" Cavalletti, are you a student at Ross? If not, what is your point for even bieng on this forum? If you are, why would you bash a school or patronize others at a school you are currently attending? I see that as poor class. It is one thing to have an opinion and another thing to go out of your way to belittle people.

Ross gave me an opportunity to pursue my dream, just like they are doing for others, and for that I am greatful. I am currently at a U.S. Medical school working on masters degree and I have the option to apply there in which I will be guaranteed an interview, but after my time there I refuse to go there. You don't see me on their forum bashing them, or anyone who decides to go that route. To wrap this up, God opened a door for me and I will graciously accept it. His will be done not mine. This is where His will has led me, and if you choose not to attend Ross then fine.....Ross just wasn't in your plan. I wish you luck in whatever your plan is, but know this as a child of God no matter where I go please believe it will be successful!

To all who will be attending Ross in May of 2008, congrats and I wish you all the best!

NYjf12, I think you still have plenty of time to apply for May, but do it soon. I don't know how many spots are open (if any), but I've heard of people interviewing in late November/December and starting in January.

Two years ago, I did a phone interview for a post-bacc program 3 weeks before classes started and was admitted. Give it a shot. I think your post-bacc GPA is something they will like to see. You've obviously worked very hard since your undergrad. I hope to see you on the island.

I don't think you should have any problems since you basically hold all rights as a citizen except for the 6 months rule. If you do not plan to come back before the 6 months point then you should get the form filled out before you leave for Dominica. I think it's the I-131, I can't remember.
