Any suggestions on how to send household/food items to Ross from Canada? Shipping companies, box sizes, tricks of the trade? Feedback appreciated. Thanks. Presently looking at a 4 cu. ft. box at a cost of $500 - surely, there is a cheaper way.

if you're in Toronto you can use Laparkan. They are relatively the same as Tropical shipping. I've written extensive posts about this in the past, do a search.
