It could help
I HATED Biochem in undergrad, and quite frankly, didn't remember much of it. I took Biochem at the Graduate level before I went to Ross, but it wasn't Medical Biochemistry.
I can say that some of what I did on the graduate level did reappear at Ross in Biochem. However, we spent a decent amount of time on photosynthesis in the grad course which obviously you don't do at Ross!! Overall, I think it was a good warm-up for me for Biochem at Ross. But be warned, it's tough wherever you take it. Just plug away at it and you will be fine.
