Thread: Any indian stores for curry powder and bollywood dvds in dominica???

I know we probably won't have any time to watch bollywood movies once class starts but are there any indian stores for indian spices, dal and bollywood movies in Dominica??

Not sure what they have on the island, but you can use BWCinema.Com :: Home of high quality Bollywood (Hindi) movies online for the movies.... and I am bringing all my masalas down with me...LOL

You can find curry in just about every store down here. There is also one Indian restaurant but there isn't even a place where you can find regular moveis so I doubt you can find bollywood movies.

I'd bring all the masalas you want down with you. i did. some places have stuff, but its not what im used to.

and as for movies, i dl them from desitorrents

Lots of desis here.. sharing is caring right guys. Especially when it comes to copyrighted material. I haven't watched a new hindi movie for a while, but you can find a lot of movies (bolly & hollywood) from other people. $12/month to stream movies on the slug internet is a rip. As for spices - bring everything with you. You won't find the stuff here. The chai spices were the ones I used the most.

I'm not desi, but I make a mean chicken tikka masala (thanks to Penzy's spices). If anyone wants to come on over (when I arrive in May) (especially those of the female species), then just let me know and I'll whip up a dish you'll that'll make you moan for more.
