    Hello,
    I'm starting Merp April 16th 2007.
I'm renting out a great place only 5 mins away from campus.
2 rooms for rent for Males only.
It's a newly renovated House!...There are 2 rooms left. There's a big one with a bathroom and 2 walk in closets the landlord's asking $900 and another room which is pretty big also for $800. The place is very nice: kitchen, living room...the works...and close to campus.
Call me at 240-252-0089 or e-mail me at ajmehta1@gmail.com

Want to live with fellow merpers.

Yes you have to dress business casual everyday.

Except for the weekends. After school is not as clear. If you have business at the office you would probably want to be in business clothes. I wouldn't go see administration in sweats or gym clothes.

I heard about 18 people out of 60 didn't make it last class. I was one of them. I missed the cut off by less than one percent. Off to St. Matthew's this may however. Its a tough course. Definetly rack off as many points as possible on the first exam.

And please be respectful to your classmates. I was one of a few who wasted their energy asking certain classmates not to talk during quizess and class. If I had to do it over again I would of went to Dr. C(admissions) early in the course and told him of the situation. I mean it was beyond reasonable. And everybody would of backed me up. One person who sat in front interrupts Anatomy class and asks if alcohol makes it open up. We were studying the legs at the time. He was a guy and the joke if you don't understand it refers to drunk girls.

It was funny how one day in Anatomy she asked if anybody minded if she videotaped the class. The full pledge conversations stopped. This was not the case for biochemistry class. He was on point and stopped that quickly. Physio professor says he doesn't like to police. He shouldn't have to. Man I have so many stories. Too sum it up-- don't let immature persons disturb your learning. Put a stop to it right away.

    My advice:

Get First Aide USMLE I. But use it as a review/secondary source.

BRS for Physiology is good to have. About half the class had it come after MINI 1.

I can't really think of anything else short of studying hard. One mistake I made for Mini 3 was I misplacesd a few sheets for intestines for Anatomy and didn't get it from someone else. She said that there would be a lot of small intestine questions on there. But there was so much else to study. I guess the point is to be organized and score easy points as much as possible.

    Good Luck and study hard.
