yea you should give them a call now..i assume it will be thursday when you call so yea get it in before friday. You are right, December would be too late to get everything together but luckily Dru posted a ross welcome packet on the may 2007 sticky on the ross forum. http://www.valuemd.com/ross-universi...tml#post519943. that isnt the official packet but you should guys should take a look at it to get an idea of how much stuff you need to get done. after going thru it i realized im better off going for May just so i dont encounter too many headaches getting everything in order. also, i already made an account on the salliemae website thru opennet.sallie.com(i think that is the site) for financial aid. i have it all started but i am waiting for my application packet and also a response from AUC so i can make my final decision as to where i want to go. anyhow, yea chances are you will get into the May term if they accept you, which chances are they will Last edited by liqu0rleadstocha0s; 11-02-2006 at 03:00 AM. |

hey drjekyll95 So I called and she doesn't answer the phone but i did leave a message for her to call me back and let me know whether she's heard from the admissions committee. Let's see if she'll return my call at all LOL! Thanks for the link to the welcome packet. It does give a an idea of what needs to be done right now. I do hope you are right about the acceptance package. I interviewed in Michigan which is only 4.5 hours away from Toronto, so I'm just hoping border business may have slowed down the process Melian |

SGU is way too expensive and I don't think I would ever find the finances to go there. Initially I was interested in going there but ultimately I can't afford it. AUC I was also initially planning on applying to but the physics requirement stopped me. I only have a 1/2 semester of physics and they require one full year. I thought I could get around it so I called the admin peeps and they said I had to have the physics (one years worth). I wasn't planning on going back to school for one half of physics so I scrapped AUC. Trust me I would have loved to try to get in there but maybe it's better I didn't. I would have had too much distractions in such a beautiful and touristy spot anyway (that's me trying to make my decision rational

Hey guys,
I didn't receive acceptance to Ross and I wasn't offered MERP but the admin lady says I should call Dr C in Miami and request to be placed in it. Honestly I don't even know if I should. I'm really debating on this. Melian |

melian im sorry to hear that...but i think if you can get into the MERP program then you should def give it a shot.. i hear the MERP program really gives you a legs up on reg admits. and it really prepares you to succeed in the first couple of years... i think if i was offered MERP i would take it... everything happens for a reason, give your dream a chance.
