Wrong thread - this'd be an excellent place to rent!! but anyway....

My parents have a house in Miami (it's close to Miami Zoo - 152 Ave & 134th S - (I think) - it's 2 stories (no garage) - rent is about $1400/month (I think - maybe $1500 - not sure). It's 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms & in front of a canal - quiet neighbourhood (on a cul-de-sac) & close to the highway. House gets a lot of sunlight & I think they've hired people who come & take care of tenant maintanance issues like broken toilets or what have you. It's got their furniture in it but they're waiting for someone to move in & we'll get all the furniture out of there. So it'd be unfurnished (but my parents are probably negotiable on that).

Do not rent from a man named Fred Stein on Island Ave. He took my deposit of 1500 and never returned it, stating it was part of the maintenance of the studio.

Don't rent from Rena Pileto (however you sell that name). She got two places one with roosters in the back yard and the other one with cubans living in the same house. I guess if you need to get up 4 am everyday and need some company you can lease from her. For 800 a month it is a pooh pooh place that have no working anything. You think the roaches on the island were big you have seen these roaches. STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Oh yea the place with the cubans they have two kids that cry 24 hrs aday and the library closes at 9 pm (you know what I mean).

^^^Who is this, if you don't mind me asking. I just finished living at the pilotos place, and I never really had any major issues with them. The thing about the roosters is true, but I can't imagine it was any better on the island.
