one thing to note with that mcat and gpa you shouldnt have much trouble with an american DO school if you choose to not retake the mcat

Hard to say, u r borderline on both the gpa and mcat. I am sure ross has accepted people with those stats but its not common. Apply early for best chance.

for the Jan 09 semester, early would be june or july (time that file should be complete) there is a Merp starting in July so if you apply now and u think you might get merped you can do MERP from July-Nov and then start in the Jan09 semester.

shanesoslick, I would say you will at least get MERP....your stats look borderline MERP/RUSOM so your interview/recommendations may make/break you.....also, upper level science courses help (if you did well)

with that improvement in grades you should just be able to explain why you got low grades in undergrad. if you can do that then you should be fine
