I am currently in my senior year as undergrad, first semester, got 1 more semester to go until graduation. Major - Biochemistry
Current GPA - 3.23
Science GPA - ~3.3
MCAT - 19L (8B, 7P, 4V) <-- (English is my secondary language and isn't my strong point)
Volunteering experience - A little, not significant much. Red Cross and Hospital pretty much
Bunch of extracurricular activities. (Organization)
I have lots of research experiences.
Do I have a chance?

I would say your grades are good but you should continue to work on and improve your English skills. If you do get accepted it will only help when you take the USMLE exams. If you do not get accepted then it will help to improve the verbal section on the MCAT. Good Luck!

our stats are pretty much identical (except for the MCAT, 24T here) and I got in....as long as you've got great letters of recommendation...it sounds like you've got a decent shot at admission

3.15 overall, 3.0 science GPA

Expecting around 26 or higher on the MCAT

What are my chances?

(Sounds like a phrase from a game show on TV)

How about your EC, medical experiences, research? If you have these you might be okay but you never know until you try! Good Luck

It sounds like that person is not a current student, but someone who got rejected...
