514 points drnanoo-what are your stats looking like buddy i hope i can get merped for Aug and prove to them im more then just that 19 im sure you are as well
523 points Merp, I highly doubt anything but MERP, especially since Sept is the most challenging semester to get in.
The only alarming this is that you say it wasn't the material, but how it was presented. Keep in mind, you will be taking Step 1, Step 2, etc exams that are tested in a similar fashion. In blocks.
MERP (X)
Semester 1 (X)
Semester 2 (X)
Semester 3 (X)
Semester 4 (!!)

As far as my stats, I have a B.S. and an M.S., a science GPA od 3.68 and a cumulative GPA of 3.6. I am a licensed professional counselor, have a ton of hours shadowing ER, PT and opthamology, work in a managed care system that oversees services for approximately 80K people on any given day and I also go down to Mexico once a month to help with a free clinic. I also do a lot of misc volunteering that isn't related to the medical field.
