Merp, I highly doubt anything but MERP, especially since Sept is the most challenging semester to get in.

The only alarming this is that you say it wasn't the material, but how it was presented. Keep in mind, you will be taking Step 1, Step 2, etc exams that are tested in a similar fashion. In blocks.
    MERP (X)
    Semester 1 (X)
    Semester 2 (X)
    Semester 3 (X)
    Semester 4 (!!)

Like you, I am also hoping that they will give me a chance. I will be retaking the MCAT, probably after a Kaplan course. As far as my stats, I have a B.S. and an M.S., a science GPA od 3.68 and a cumulative GPA of 3.6. I am a licensed professional counselor, have a ton of hours shadowing ER, PT and opthamology, work in a managed care system that oversees services for approximately 80K people on any given day and I also go down to Mexico once a month to help with a free clinic. I also do a lot of misc volunteering that isn't related to the medical field.

Hey guys, just wondering if I have a chance in hell at January 2012. Any realistic feedback would be much appreciated.

Double Major in Biology/Psychology, Minor in Neuroscience
    cGPA:3.0
    sGPA:3.2

Great LOR's icluding an SGU alum, many hours of clinical volunteer experience in neuro-oncology/neurosurgery, 2 years of research experience in neuroscience.

MCAT: 26M, PS:10 VR:6 **:10 (Not sure where verbal went wrong.)

BTW I'm a global scholars applicant.

Thanks in advance for any of your advice!

cGPA = ~2.86 (sGPA is probably around there too or it may be slightly higher)
    MCAT = 27Q
I'm currently taking 4 courses right now, so hopefully I'll be able to pull my cGPA up to 2.9 and my sGPA up to 3.0
I'm thinking about applying for the January 2012/May 2012 semester.
What do you guys think my chances are?

I'd say 70-30 MERP, but you'll definitely get it in one way or another

80-20 MERP, but you'll get in either way.

Just to clarify, when you say 70-30. This means 70% chance of admission and 30% MERP?
