Everyone: has anyone interviewed in San Diego with Sean? Any advice for the interview?

As long as you know what makes you choose the career as a physician you should do fine. She is really outgoing. Let me know how your interview went. I am still waiting to hear back. I interviewed on May 7th.

Hey, did you apply for Sept 2008 or Jan 2009? So how long was your interview... did she ask any controversial or ethical medical questions. I am from Canada so I don't know much about the American Health Care system. I have just been learning about the US system and the health care issues of the US system for the interview. I am not sure how much should I be focussing on that.

Read through the interview questions on VMD.
Respond out loud to the questions (they frequently use the same questions/same format)
Look through current health topics online.
Press your suit or dress.
Polish your shoes.
Get a respectable hair cut.
Basically you are applying for a job - stay in this mindset, convey a passion for the career, be modest and sincere.

Grab a nice dinner, maybe exercise, follow your normal schedule and get some extra sleep - leaving time to get to your interview bright and early, on-time, and looking sharp.

The rest is in your hands pilgrim.
