Why did you choose IM as a specialty to apply to in the 2007 Match?

There has to be more people applying IM.

Dont tell me everyone is going into surgery or ER.

Maybe you should also add the following answer choices:

"My step scores where not competitive enough for surgery or ER"
and
"I applied to internal medicine as a back plan, just in case..."

Perhaps you would get more participation.

hummm I don't see an option for "I enjoy Primary Care and have no desire whatsoever to go into anything else."
