Does anyone know how the Kootney Resort one bedroom or two bedroom cottages are? I hear they are seven minutes from campus (Moo Cow Trail), but is it a safe seven minutes?
Sorry, I read elsewhere and got my answer. Though, I have not read much about Avie's Ville Luxury singles. How are they? Are they close to campus? Would the area be safe? How is the landlord? Last edited by angsty_otaku : 05-06-2008 at 01:55 PM. |

Sea View run by Patrick ******* is a great place to live for a mature student. It is quiet, with a great view and a nice breeze... Perfect for anyone who likes studying at home. For first semester students it is a 3 - 5 min walk to the annex where all the first year classes are held and a 7-10 min walk from the main campus or gym. The area is safe and feels secure. The landlord is excellent and that is rare around these parts. The rooms are clean and well kept with a cleaning service 2X a week. I highly recommend this apartment for any semester student. priced around $550 USD/ mo.
