Does anyone know how the Kootney Resort one bedroom or two bedroom cottages are? I hear they are seven minutes from campus (Moo Cow Trail), but is it a safe seven minutes?

Though, I have not read much about Avie's Ville Luxury singles. How are they? Are they close to campus? Would the area be safe? How is the landlord?

Kootney is FAAAAAAAAAAAAR from the main campus. 7 minutes away would be a good estimate for its relative proximity to the Annex, but definitely not main campus.

New Avie's is a pretty safe bet for all 4 semesters, I think. It's about 5 or so minutes away from the main gates, and about 10-15 from the Annex.

Sea View run by Patrick ******* is a great place to live for a mature student. It is quiet, with a great view and a nice breeze... Perfect for anyone who likes studying at home. For first semester students it is a 3 - 5 min walk to the annex where all the first year classes are held and a 7-10 min walk from the main campus or gym. The area is safe and feels secure. The landlord is excellent and that is rare around these parts. The rooms are clean and well kept with a cleaning service 2X a week. I highly recommend this apartment for any semester student. priced around $550 USD/ mo.
