You'll find available apartments on the campus housing website for next semester. They will say how many bedrooms are included. I think Mac and Judy's still has a 2br available and they are right across from campus, behind Bob's.

Post Apartments

After a couple of hours of researching apartments in the island through previous threads,I couldn't find info on a couple of them. So please provide me with good/bad comments on the following:

Geraldine Marcellin Lockart-Banana Trail 7min (to school)
Chrisitne Lawrence-Picard 5min
********* Lawrence-Picard 5min
Jamneesha Villa-Picard 7min
**** & Gloria Daniel-Picard 3min
Lilian Piper-Picard 5min

Also I'm a female and prefer to live by myself, so if you know of safe places please add. Thanks.

Family Housing

My husband will be attending Ross in May. Our 16 month old son & I will be joining him. Can anyone give us information about family apartments near the school? Something w/ 2 bedrooms, AC, hot water, clean & safe.

Avies Ville New (Luxury)

Hi,

I just signed up for an apartment at Avies Ville New. Does anyone know if they provide silverware, plates, pans, etc? I know that you have to bring your own sheets and pillows but is there anything anyone living there would recommend bringing in addition? For anyone living there or know anything about Avies Ville, how do you like living there? How is the landlord? How fast is the internet that is provided?

There are 3 floors and 2 buildings. 1 building is 2 bedroom apartments and the other is singles. The ground floor is 650 us, sencond floor 750 , third 850 Don't quote me on the prices, but I know we are paying 750. It over looks the bay and it is beautiful.
MNPrincess,
Please send me the tele# or e-mail address for your new landlord. My husband will begin his first semester at Ross next month (5/07). Our 16 month old son & I will be joining him. We are in contact with a landlord who came highly recommended. We feel pretty good about him but would like to explore other options. He is offering us a 2,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment for $800 USD monthly, washer, dryer, AC, hot water, generator, etc... It too is in Glanvillia. What do you think? Please contact me. I will be so gratefrul if you would.

Paluka,
Wasn't it you who told me about Mr. Beazer? We have already been in contact. He seems really cool. Are you staying in one of his apartments? I think we are. When are you & the hubby going to the island?

Lizard Trail, $500 studio

If any students starting in May are looking for a studio in a great spot, PM me; I'm moving out of mine, but it's in the perfect spot for first semester-on Lizard trail b/t campus and the annex. The British couple upstairs owns the place and they are as good a landlord as you can find. I feel bad leavin them, so Im making an effort to find someone, PM me if interested; the $500 includes internet, full kitchen, weekly maid service, A/C

Question for someone who has stayed in RUH

I am guessing there is only one swimming pool right? So how many people are usually there...like in the morning...in the afternoon...in the evening?
