I live in Nick Vidal now. Its like a 2 min walk to the annex building where first semester classes are located. I would say approximately a 10 minute walk to the main campus. Cable and DSL are included and activated by the time you arrive.

Silver lining is about 10-12 minute walk from campus. Only 6 minutes from the annex.

where to stay

do not rent at strawberry
do not rent at PBH - the centipedes will scare the crap out of you! Even the locals are afraid.
do not rent above james store or any where near there. Don't even buy stuff from there it is always out dated. Go to Tinas - but also watch of expire dates

Safehomes is ok, george nathans is ok, ross housing ok

where to rent then...
Avies is SUPER SUPER nice compare to the others. its safe, clean, you will like to come home after a night of studies. Landlord is very honest. They will pick and deliver your landry from your room. The cleaning people are really good! Close to school. No bugs cuz they spray the grounds for them.

Don't depend on the housing tour - read my post on it! It was a nightmare!
