Yes, it is very close. I haven't seen the inside of it, but from what I hear it is small and plain, but some students like that.
It is right on the beach, behind RUH. And 3 minutes might even be a stretch, unless you are a slow walker!

Hehe! Well, it's Dominica dude! The most chill place I've ever lived at for any length of time. Of course it's fine and if you ask the landlord for permission, she or he is gonna look at you as if you are from Mars and speak in whistles. I've had people live over for weeks at a time.

Portsmouth beach hotel has outrageous rates as does the Ross Housing if one stays for a couple of days, something like 200 EC per day. Yeah, they'll try to rip you off like no tomorrow, especially id you are naiive enough to blurt out that you are a first semester.
