Did OB/GYN in JUL-AUG 2005. Very realxed ob/gyn rotation. We were ther from 7:45 till 3PM. We rotate with howard university med students. Call is q5. Students get to do lot of deliveries and can scrub in lot of gyn cases. Residents are nice and helpful. Staff here loves the ross students

Doing IM core here soon. I heard it's a good experience, but I know the area in PG county is a bad crime area etc. Anyone who has rotated here, can you recommend places to stay/live for 12 weeks?

Bad News

PGHC is closing down, they are bankrupt, I know it is going to take awhile to shut down the hospital and I don't know if you will still be able to do your rotations there. Contact BC immediately.

did you hear something specific? they've been "closing down" and bankrupt for years now. according to FREIDA they will be taking applications for July 2008 residency spots still....
