ya, I'm at Wyckoff july 20. What it seems is that of the 3 people I knew starting at Kings (myself and 2 friends), they put us all at wyckoff

hey anyone know if Kings Co. psych is cancelled as well for good??? i was suppose to have IM and Psych back to back at Kings.. my IM was changed but my psych is still Kings co onmy schedule....

psych is canceled for good as well. start looking, they changed my psych to late next year and no where near where i needed it to be. this sucks

hmm spoke to the clinical director you all know who that is... said the psych is onnly canceled for july.... he' said he'll call if it is cancelled for good.. so keeping my fingers crossed... it would really mess up my schdule...

which clinical director did you speak to? ross or kings?

Ross told me theyre done for good.

I just withdrew from Kings County IM and evidently there is no withdrawing. I knew the first day that it wasn't for me but stuck it out for a week. I really want to be trained somewhere else.
Now I am told that I can't fill the gap with electives and I must pay for the entire rotation and recieve an F.
I figured it was my money and my training but evidently not, this decision, which I still believe was a good one may cost 12k outta pocket and an F.
Has anyone here withdrawn from a rotation because they didn't like the program?

Your situation brings-up some interesting questions. This must have happened to others; you'd think there would be guidelines in the handbook.

What didn't you like about the rotation?
