reply to Homebrave and Chianti, thank you for the feedback regarding IM, and family practice. Sounds like whatever we do, we get out of the program what we put in. I completed surgery at Wyckoff and it was a good learning experience for me, however, cannot speak about anyone else, you must like all aspects of surgery to a certain degree to appreciate the Wyckoff program, meaning preop, op and post op, and that is not for everyone understandably so.

hey guys, i searched the last 15 or so pages of this thread for some info about the family medicine rotation here but i didnt really find any good info. has anyone done it recently? im wondering how it is, its one of my last rotations coming up in july and ideally id like to just coast (done with CK and CS and having big time senioritis

switch peds at wyckoff with brookdale
is anybody out there currently signed up for the Peds rotation at Wyckoff starting on August 18th that would be willing to switch with my Peds rotation at Brookdale Hospital for the same starting date??

GI is a decent rotation at wyckoff. The hours are 9-3 and you actually learn cause they have a few fellows there as well. I reccommend it to anyone who is looking to learn and it's pretty easy to schedule cause some students avoid it since it requires a semi full day of work.
