I HAVE ROOM TO RENT IN FOREST HILLS, NY

Iam bout to begin my cores in NY. I rented out a double bd room and looking for a roomate to acquire the other room. heres the info


1. In Forest hills, NY Great Place, in Queens NY..safe! no ghetto
2. Walking distance of only 4 block to SUbway, E, F express access to city, brooklyn,etc
3. Wooden Floors, nice big living room, kitchen, Air conditionar unit
4. Single bathroom.
5. Lots of closets, comfortable
6. close to all stores, movie, markets, and "austin street"
7. There is a parking spot so if you have car, you would have to pay some amount. ill find out if interested( idont have a car, so ill be on public transportation
8. Internet cable/tv is there but would have to activate it. we can split the costs in 2
9. all utlities included expecet electricity..once again split between both of us.
10. asking for 700 a month and one months deposit. once again, this is based on split costs.
need to rent beginning AUGUST!
