One bedroom avail in a 2bd apt starting in Oct. You have your own bathroom and walk-in closet; you get the bigger bathroom, I have the bigger closet =) Wahser/dryer in the apt, central air and drumroll....a balcony!
It's a gated complex, very quiet and in a safe area. Roughly a 5 min drive from hospital (more if bridge is up - never more than 10-15 mins). A lot of students live here! The place is very well maintained with a gym and pool in complex. Shopping is a ~10 min drive. You will most likely need your own car, but I'm ok with sharing mine if our schedules are similar. The library is a 2 min drive.

The apt is furnished, except for the bedroom you would be renting. Rent is 950 per month (will increase to 1150 in Dec when lease expires) and utilities are usually 70 and will be much less once it gets cooler. Internet + cable is 70 bucks.
