Hey everyone . I'm a fourth year medical student who is looking to sublet my beautiful one bedroom apt to a clean , studious and respectable student . The apt is located on the 6th floor ( top floor ) of a secure building with an elevator . There are laundry facilities on the ground floor . Building is located two blocks from the subway and a few minutes away from major highways . The address of the building is 175 21 88th ave . It is one block away from Hillside ave . The area is pretty nice and safe as there are many buisnesses and shops nearby such as grocery , banks , delis , restaurants etc . Many are opened quite late and even 24hrs . St John's university ( which has a nice library is five minutes away ) from the apt.

The apt itself is quite new with new paint , new carpet in the living room and hardwood in the bedroom . Appliances and kitchen are new and the bathroom was recently remodeled . There is adequate heat in the winter and the apt has nice big windows to let the sunshine and cool air in . The view from the apt is amazing , especially at night as it is on the top floor of a large building . Apt comes with a new $700 bed , couch, study desk , table , fan , lamps , microwave , stove , fridge , blender and a full complement of glassware , pots , dishes and chinaware . It is a great apt that is accessible to all the clinical sites in new york . In addition to the rent , the student would be responsible for monthly utilities which run about $35 per month . A one month fully refundable security deposit wil also be required . The student will need to keep the apt clean .

hi im interested in this apartment for rent if its still available. Im a 3rd year ross student whos is scheduled to start rotations beginning october 25. i will be arriving in ny mid october and would be looking to move into a place relatively quickly once i get there.
