I have rented to Ross, St. Matthew and med interns in general for the past 3-4 years and they have been very happy there. There are a number of different studios for rent in a building located on 4000 ******* Avenue (mid Miami Beach) 24 hour security, gated parking for 1 car, pool, laundry, beach across the street, very safe and pleasant area. Studios have kitchenette areas for cooking, bathroom, closet, bed(s) etc..Rent is $975, all utilities included, internet access available for a small fee, 3 months min., security deposit, short term agreement. I lived here just over a year ago. Great place, close to I-95 so its pretty easy to get anywhere, and for the most part you're going against traffic. Nice and clean place, beach is right across the street which is really nice. Grocery store was about a 5 minute drive away. The owner is super nice and really friendly to students. Highly recommend it!!

i lived here as well from sept. 08 - dec. 08. great experience. its perfect for those early morning wednesday classes at the Hyatt as well getting to all the hospitals. Landlord was great and so was the location.
