Master bedroom in Queens

I am leaving NYC to do my clinicals elsewhere and I am surrendering my apartment in Queens. The landlords are a really nice young couple and as such I wanted to help them find another tenant.
You get a HUGE room, with window AC, private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower stall. The apartment is in a brownstone building and doesn't look like much on the outside, but the unit itself it newly renovated with hardwood floors throughout, granite counters etc... there's a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Location: great for Queens (caritas) hospitals (SJQ and MIH) 2 min walk to Q49 bus to 74th/roosevelt station where you hop onto the R,V or G train (SJQ, 5 min ride) or the F train (MIH, 15 min ride). It's even quicker if you drive. There's lots of free parking on BOTH sides of the streets, so parking isn't an issue.
The place comes with a big closet, an chest of drawers, a queen size bed with a really comfy mattress and a huge desk and a desk chair.
There is a 32in LCD tv in the living room with clable, there is also cable hookup in the room, if you want your own tv. There is also a nice ceiling fan in the room, so you don't need the AC on all the time. Wireless internet is included.
Rent 1100$ all inclusive. I think they prefer long-term commitments rather than month to month.
If interested, PM me and I'll give you the landlord's contact info.

Wouldn't let me send a PM

Is the apartment still available? Do the landlords allow cats?
