I'm interested in finding a roommate too and i'm also starting in september. A friend of mine who already finished her 16 months on the island recommended Kootney as one of the best apartments. I can be a bit of a neat freak sometimes (not a lot though) so if you're still interested, let me know and we can exchange information.
btw, when were you planning on visiting Dominica?

I have contacted the housing department and got some good ideas. My plan is to get a two bedroom ($1300), because I would rather pay more and worry less. I would like to talk to you about this arrangement. I was in the military for 5 years so I am very clean but not an a hole about it.
