I have a 3 bedroom house that we will be leaving in Dec. It is in Glanvillia, 15-20 min walk to campus, and it is about 10-15 min walk to the Annex (which is where most 1st semesters end up). Rent is $700 total, and it includes washer/dryer. Biggest place that I've seen that isn't faculty housing. PM me if interested

I am a 4th semester student leaving in December. I highly recommend the 3 Bedroom 2 bath house I'm vacating, $950 for 3 people. It's in glanvilla, which is closer to town which means the internet is substantially faster (~750 kb/s) than places closer to campus, oftentimes failing to function at all. Each bedroom has independent air conditioners. It was built 2 years ago. Great neighbors, and 10 minute walk to the annex.The landlord always picks up his phone if there's something you need and I can't say enough about my housekeeper Alix.
