My roommate is moving out of state because of good old ross and their crazy lack of OB sites so that leaves me with a room to fill starting mid November or even someone to come here in December either is okay. I am a 4th year student hopefully matching in 2008. I live in Queens a great location with a great apt/condo. The apt has 2 br and 2 separate bathrooms, two private parking spots, a washer and a dryer, a dishwasher, AC in every room, cable TV, wireless internet, and much much more. the reply I keep getting is that the apt sound too good to be true. I have pictures to prove it ... the apt is everything I wanted and I have been in rotations for a year now and I love coming home and relaxing in a place that I am comfortable in. With the utilities I have never paid more than 1100 a month and that was when there was sub zero weather out and we turned on the heat the whole month. ... cable, wireless, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ac in each room, to private parking spots, your own bathroom, you name it .. .I can send pics if you would like

The room will be available starting dec 1st or a week earlier if needed for a rotation start date that is earlier... I am staying in the apt until atleast the end of April and Most likely until May ... I would really like to have someone stay at least that long so that I do not have to hunt for another roommate.
