Broadwater apartment is really nice...price ranges from 700(800?) to 1400..two pools...washer and dryer inside apartment..oh, its in Kendall which is 15 minutes from 7000 building...I have lived here and thought it was nice. If you are going to only stay here for a few months, they will make you pay a extra for that otherwise the minimum lease is for 1 year..could be less...anyway, pm me if need more info.
