It is owned by my Uncle and it has had Ross students in it for the past three semesters and it works out great! The house is located in Miami Springs, Florida zip 33166. It is very centrally located to the Hyatt in downtown, the 7000 building, Koubeck center, Southbeach, Coconut Grove, and is right next to the airport. The house is FULLY FURNISHED. The main portion of the house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, a various other furniture. The living room consists of 2 couches and 1 TV. The dining room has a nice glass table with 6 chairs. The kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, plenty of cabinets, and another eating area. There is a florida room with couches and table as well. The house does have a washer and drier in the back that is pay per use. The house has newly refinished wood floors and a new electronic central air conditioning system. All utilities are included in the rent except internet and cable. The rent is $675/month per person with utilities included (remember it is furnished). The house does have wireless internet and it is $82.00/month split three ways.

The house is located in a very nice neighborhood in Miami Springs, Florida. There is easy access to highway 112, 836, and 826. There is also a Publix and Market within 1 mile. There is plenty of fast food and Lejune road is a mile away with plenty of restaurants and a movie theatre. There is a gym and bike trail within walking distance.
