Thread: University of constanta

Hi all,

I am a UK citizen who has completed a BSc in Biomedical Science and currently studying towards an MSc in Pathology and Toxicology.I was wondering if anyone is applying to or currently studying at the university of constanta in romania.I am interested in studying medicine there and the reviews dont seem too bad.The website looks ok,however communication with the university via email is terrible,with no reply within a month!

If anyone has any information about the medschool-its teaching,
surrounding area and people,it would be of great help.

is it equivalent to the examen de rezidentiat? But for foreigners?

yes this is this one. And this time no english version of it everyboby has the same , it's "concurs" you have to rank very well for getting something else than GP
except if in some cases still happenig unfortunatly you pay for beeing admitted in a speciality
imagine you have to choose a consultation between one resident who succeeded the concurs (exemple : cardiology needs around the best 10%) and the one who payed to be here. uh ... romanian univ should think more about ethic and patient's safety before money

Has any non EU student gotten admission to constanta? Am begining 2 panic here. Tried calling the school but they are not picking. When exactly will they release it? Does any one have an idea? Am worried. I applied as early as april, i should have gotten it by now.
