If i apply as a non-EU, would the requirements be same as EU students?

Are the admissions for 2010 open now?

..and what does this mean:

Document of studies-copy and legalized translation- that qualifies the candidate to start the bachelor degree.

What is Legalised translation?

admission normally opens in spring, around April.

Requirements are generally the same but some universities (Cluj was the only one I know of for 2009, but could be others for 2010) differentiate... Cluj's application asked for MCAT scores if you had them, and said they weigh IB (international baccalaureate) degrees higher than the US high school diplomas, for example. So even if the requirements are the same, depending on what type of degree you have (and how the rest of your application is) may have an effect on your admission results.

I would apply for 2010 if at all possible because admission will likely become more competitive.

To answer your question about translation, you will need to have your documents translated and the translation notorized o, and likely sealed with the Hague Apostille. Contact the Romanian embassy in your country for details. Does this answer your question?

Can someone give me any input about the entrance exams, in any faculty?. Which did you had to take?
Oradea asks for Biology or Chemestry, i´ve read...
Do we have to take the exams at the facultys (in Romania) ? What about recommended bibliography?

I´de appreciate very much any help regarding these questions...and sorry for all the inquires, but i´m bit lost at this point. None of the unis have responded to my e mails so far...

This is from Oradea website:

"Very Important!!!This year, the Faculty of Medicine doesn't organize September admission session. So, only the students who did the entrance exam in July 2009 will be able to start their studies this academic year 2009-2010."

i will apply only for the 2010/11 academic year. Someone from Oradea responded to my e mail. For that uni you only need to take one exam (Bio or Chemistry).

are you european union or not? If you are not european union you mean to say that for 2010 there will be entrance exams for everyone? did you specifically ask them about non-european union students?

I asked as an EU student (I´m from Portugal, sorry i should have made that clear), and she said that i had to take one entrance exam. So, to answer your question, no, i do not mean for all the students, only from EU countrys.

As you, or someone said before, and as far as i know, for non-EU students there´s no entrance exam.

I have a question about the entrance exam. I know it's not that difficult and you'd probably don't need to do much but are there any paper(s) to practice on? If so, where can i get hold of them?
