I will stay in the uni's hostel, then move to a flat with best mates if possible. I would recommend you to do the same. Contact marian_dan_1989 @ hot for more info about hostel.

OK , i will be in oradea in approximately 1-2 weeks. Just received the last documents required by visa, will go to embassy in monday for it, when its done, i ll take the ticket

About living conditions, balkan countries, generally, lived the communism, actually it has been 15 years since communism broken (as far as i remember), i mean if you look for comfort, you might find it hard, in my opinion
