I'm not a psychiatrist but I would love to understand the reason of why people do this:
You need something that could be knowledge,material,inform ation, connection. This other person has it and they don't share it with you, they even pretend they did not hear you asking for it.
You know they have it and you ask for it and they say no I don't have it.
And they just like to pretend they are 
And in top of everything they just get together...
