Will Intercalated degrees help along with MBBS????
I am a 3rd year medical student from UK. We have an opportunity to take an extra year of study leading to a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci), Bachelor of Dental Science (BdentSci) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree along with MBBS degree. Only MBBS degree will qualified me to apply for residency, Im wondering if this extra year of study is worth taking to get into good residency program or It will not make much difference?? If it is worth, how much worth?? Any response will greatly appreciated - Thx!!
