    Arrow Fellowship

    pllz wutz the difference between residency & fellowship?
    i heard it comes after residency, how long does it take 2 finish? & is it available in all specialities & why shud we take it? thx

    fellowship follows residency. entails further specialization. e.g. anesthesia residency followed by pediatric anesthesia fellowship.
