CHANGE IN FIELD from ob/gyn to IM

hi all
i did ob/gyn in my country and here I am applying for IM. can anyone suggest me what would be the good reason to write in personal statement and also what to answer during interviews if they ask me reason for changing field?

also does anyone know sites where change in field ps's can be found

maybe you should write the actual reason you are switching....just an idea. i am not sure that anybody here can tell you why you switched, i would bet you have personal reasons?

or are you just looking to figure out a good lie?

Yeah, why would you need someone to tell you a good reason to change fields? If it's not scandalous, then you should just be honest about it. Or if you just decided it wasn't the field for you, then be honest about that also. Ciao.
