1. For those currently matching/Interviewing,..is there any advantage to spending "piles of cash" doing rotations in the US, rather than do them in the school's home country? I have heard some states e.g. NY prefer u do them in your home country.
2. Some people have done rotations in the UK. Good or bad??
3. If the issue is LOR's, can't one just do one or two rotations in the US to fill the gap, and do the rest where it's cheaper??
