Hello. i am a Program director at a community based IM program. Many of my residents are great doctors and some never completed undergrad. I have to say when i see a prospective canidate that applys to my program i dont look at what kind of undergrad degree he has. I focus on his stats from Entering medical school, Many of my residents have scored greater than <90 on Board exams. I pay close attention to board scores, LoRs and the interview portions. These are just a few things. I have never never ever not chosen a canidate or granted an interview just because an individual has no undergrad degree. again i hope this clarifys some things for the previous poster. also if you guys have anyquestions plz ask away.
