Hi,

I have a question re: Personal Statement (PS) content. Is discussing a 'family tragedy' a complete no-no?

I've already submitted mine, but just wondering if I completely messed up. I did a lot of research bf writing and submitting my PS and didn't come across anything saying that using a family tragedy as a theme or reason for choosing that specialty, is looked down upon.

Any feedback? Experiences?

Can anyone recommend a good writing service for the personal statement. I'm a horrible writer. No two ways about. I don't want to waste my time or my chances considering my ability.
