MATCH help please

Hi, few qeustions regarding the Match :
1. can I participate in the MATCH before getting my step 2 cs result?(this is the only step I am missing in order to get my ecfmg certificate)

2. I want to participate in the 2009 MATCH but the earliest avilable date foe step 2cs is January 8, can I get the result by MATCH day ?

3. I am an IMG, will I at all be invited for interviews without cs passing result? ( I do have good step 1 and ck results)
Thank you so much.

You can apply through the match but most programs require you to have passed everything before ROL. Keep checking the site as people cancel all the time and you may get a closer date.

actually if you take the exam after dec 31 of this year you will NOT be eligible for the 2009 match- you will be automatically dropped by the nrmp because it is a requirement of all IMGs to have passed step (I,CK, CS) scores to particpate in the match....

try to get it moved up...

Check the site late at night. When I first got my eligibility the first date available was January in the city I wanted. I ended up getting a date in September in the city I wanted with less than a week of trying. Spots open up and are taken very quickly so it's kind of luck to lok at ther ight time. You also can sign up for that notification setting. It is helpful alittle, using that I moved up from january to december then I got the september date. Also, if you are ready for the exam, you will see some cancellations on short notice and you might be able to jump in.
