Hello friends, I am IMG, I will be ready for 1 september wit Step 1,2 CK, 2 CS, but I wouldnt' be ready with the observerships, and of course the letters of recomendations, so how bad could be it for my MATCH application and can you give me any suggestions to help me??????

Do you have any LORs? If so you could have those uploaded and just replace them as you get new ones.
There is not much you can do about the observership so just apply and see what happens.
Apply to a lot of programs and call/email them when you have new updates to your file. Also you can call them to check the status of your application a few months into the game as this might move the process along.
