its interesting. this doctor is not responding. i truly dont appreciate people who dont even have the deceny to respond with either a yes or no. that is unprofessional and an indication of the minimal amount of respect there exists for FMGs.
im disgusted by the lack of response. you want us to be enthusiatic yet its ok if they are not.
(sigh)
510 points Which doctor are you referring to? If it's Dr. Badlani you are referring to, do realize that there is a great deal of interest in positions like these. It might well take some time for him to reply.
However, when Dr. Badlani does get back to you, be sure to inform him of your disgust in him and how you think he should be more professional.

i usually do comment on the time frame...despite who it is. when the response is quick I appreciate the quick reply and when the response is delayed, I mention that as well.
Usually, what people do is send a quick reply stating they currently will be reviewing the sent material and mentioning when the will be getting back (due to the overflow of responses or whatever the reasoning is). At that point,...even if it took 2-3 weeks, atleast an appropriate time frame was given.
but no response is unacceptable. especially when email is the primary mode of communication. Some of us are unused to professional levels of communication.
ahhhhhhh............no response. as of yet.....................
510 points Yea, same here. A bit disappointing![]()
