Is there a website that lists all of the MD specialties and tells you much time it takes for each one?

What time? Define the time you are refering to.

As far as what specialties there are, goto ACGME.ORG and look at their list of what is offered.

shikima, what i meant by time is how many years it takes to finish a certain speciality.

Note that fellowships (undertaken after completion of residency) are not factored in...

Thank you very much for the post. It's helped me make up my mind as far as what residency to keep in mind when i apply for match. I think you always have to know your limits. But if there is a will there is a way. But first comes first. Need to get my foot in the door.

Thanks again for the nice posts, it's got a lot of info i wasn't aware of.
