Education vs Medical Education in ERAS Application

Hi there,
it might be a silly question, but in the ERAS application there are 2 diffrent categories. Education and Medical Education.
For an IMG, shall I fill both or leave the "Education" one empty ?
As in my country, both Undergraduate Education & Medical Education are considered the same...

Education is your undergrad education

Medical Education is your medical training

Did you go to a different school for your medical training? If not, you at least have different years you could list.
