This is a very good post! I was asked a question and I would like to know if it's possible; Are there any observerships or clinical electives that offer accomodations like domitory and or meals?

Internal medicine programs list - FMG, IMG, ERAS matching

i would look at Scutwork.com: Residency Program Reviews to see the reviews on some of these programs. gotta be careful, a lot of places whose minimum score requirement of 75, with no US experience, failed attempts ok, you get the picture... people are not very happy with their residency experience.
