Hmmm... none for Sole. You like halibut and other white fish, right? Here's a Halibut one:

Apricot and Rosemary Glazed Halibut
4 (6-oz) halibut fillets
1 (18-oz) jar apricot preserves
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons grated orange peel
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon kosher or coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly coat shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fillets in baking dish; set aside.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir together apricot preserves, garlic, orange peel, rosemary, salt, and pepper until heated. Pour over halibut.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
